We work with Local Authorities throughout the area on scheduled works which include pavement repair and maintenance and property refurbishment. Working with council departments to keep on track with planned maintenance.
Void Works
Sheraton & Sons will identify and complete all necessary repairs within a void property to enable a fast turnaround to be re-let. All repairs will be completed to relevant local authority void standards whilst ensuring costs are kept to a minimum. We are able to issue all relevant electrical and gas safety certificates.
